Water Polo Drills and Skills

This video, created by USA water polo, illustrates many of the skills essential to players of water polo.

It also explains drills used to develop essential water polo skills such as the egg beater, the tripod, right and left hand blocks, power-ups, jumps, 180-degree direction changes, and wrestling.

Drills demonstrated include leap frog, back to back egg beater, egg beater wars, and weighted ball passing.
