Water Polo Team Rules

Everyone must be in school all day in order to play water polo.

Zero unexcused absences will be allowed. An unexcused absence will result in a game suspension. If you miss three games due to unexcused absences, you will be asked to leave the team.

If you are going to miss a practice, you are to notify Coach Marsh at his e-mail address as soon as possible.

You will have no facial hair or hair in your eyes during the season.

You are required to wear Docker-style pants with a dress shirt and tie on the day of games.

VERY IMPORTANT-- everyone must bring some sort of water bottles practice and meets. You will not share water bottles with teammates.

Dry-land clothes: shorts, t-shirts and good running shoes must be worn.

If you need to miss practice or come late to practice due to a school function, you must notify Coach Marsh in advance.

All athletes must obey the Okemos High School Code of Conduct.

Most Important-- we will conduct ourselves as gentlemen in and out of the pool.
