Athletic Fee For Okemos High School Sports

Each Okemos High School athlete is required to pay an annual athletic fee of $200 per student. There is an upper-limit of $400 per family. This payment must be made before the student may begin try-outs or practice for any Okemos High School athletic team.

This fee includes a sports physical provided by the school on designated dates each spring.

The athletic registration fee may be paid on-line through the Okemos Public Schools Web-Store

Checks should be addressed to “Okemos Public Schools”. This registration fee will be valid for the entire school year and will cover all sports in which a student participates.

The athletic team registration fee will be waived for students who meet federal guidelines for the free or reduced lunch program. No student will be prevented from participating in the athletic program due to an inability to pay the registration fee. Parents may apply for the fee waiver by contacting the Athletic Office. Fee waiver information will be treated confidentially.
